Thank you for shopping with us! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your candles will be delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently offer:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)

Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days) – Optional at checkout
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use USPS depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and are only shipping to the lower 48. No shipping to Hawaii and Alaska at this time, thank-you for understanding while we navigate our new business venture.
Damages or Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your candle(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact us immediately at gertrudeandglow@yahoo.com with photos so we can evaluate and make it right.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
