At Gertrude and Glow we value the quality of our handcrafted candles. Each item is carefully made, packed, and inspected before it leaves our studio.

All Sales Are Final

Please note that we do not offer refunds or returns at this time. All sales are final once an order is placed.

We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not offer refunds, we will gladly replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at gertrudeandglow@yahoo.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assess the situation and arrange for a replacement if eligible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gertrude and Glow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

We’re happy to assist with tracking information or documentation if needed.
